At SmokinLicious®, we can assure you that our micro smoking chips are 100% all hardwood and free of bark, chemicals and impurities! Perfect for cocktail smoking and cold smoking. Plus, we have 8 wood chip flavors to choose from.  It’s our standing commitment to excellence that we take very seriously- one that has earned both our manufacturing process and products Kosher and Passover quality certification.  There isn’t a higher mark of “quality” or cleanliness in the food industry!  We take great pride and only harvest forest fresh hardwood. Then, we only use the center portion of the tree or the “heartwood” – no filler wood.

Our engineered process of dicing and pressing of hardwood produces 3 distinct sized wood chips in our Minuto® line of products.  Our #4 is the larger of these sizes, followed by #6 and finally, #8.  You can find more information on our process here.

For the Smokai user, our Minuto #6  is ideal.  For the Lone Star Grillz user looking to supplement pellets, we recommend our Minuto #4.

When you order cartons of chips, you have the option to order up to 3 hardwoods in each carton.  We separate the hardwoods with dividers and label each section.  Or, you can select up to 3 hardwoods and put in the Instruction box that you would like us to mix all the woods together for a custom blend.
